By accessing or using the Treasure Trove Estate Sale Services website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.
Our Services
Treasure Trove provides professional estate sale, estate liquidation, downsizing, and cleanout services in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Specific service terms, including commission rates, timelines, and responsibilities, will be outlined in a separate written agreement signed by both parties before services begin.
Contact Form Submissions
When you submit a contact form or request a consultation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submission of a contact form does not create a binding contract for services. All service engagements require a separate signed agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treasure Trove and CMM Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services.
